Ruth (tilltab) Ashworth

I’m only just up to chapter 6, so my views may change, but right now, I’m surprised at the talk of Machinehood being concept over characters, because I’m really loving the characters I’ve met so far. Perhaps there is some wish fulfilment in how driven Welga seems, in that she is very much my opposite. I want to keep reading this book for her, concepts be damned! But that’s the thing about reading - we all get something different. :)
